What makes a truly good pair of leather shoes?
ROT began with a search for leather footwear that felt honest rather than over-polished: natural grain, irregular texture and a silhouette shaped by wear. That search led us to washed leather and small-batch hand finishing.
We build footwear as everyday objects—structured enough to hold their form and expressive enough to change with the wearer. Materials, finishing and construction vary by model; the specifications on each product page are the final reference.
