Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before production or shipment begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account to view the status.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and provide a suitable solution.

Will every pair look exactly the same?
No. Washed leather and natural hides ensure that no two pairs are exactly alike. Variations in wrinkles, color, and texture are not flaws—they are the essence of the product.
Are your shoes fully handmade?
Yes. From cutting and stitching to hand-finished welt edges and Goodyear construction, each step is carried out by skilled artisans. Washing, reshaping, and finishing rely on human judgment—not assembly-line repetition.
Can I return or exchange my shoes?
Returns or exchanges are accepted under certain conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed guidelines.
Why do your lasts look different from conventional ones?
Our lasts are not designed for perfect symmetry or straight lines. They are developed specifically for washed leather. Wrinkle directions and volume changes are intentionally built into the last, allowing the leather to shrink and crease naturally, creating a distinctive and recognizable silhouette.
Are washed leather shoes less durable?
On the contrary. Washing does not weaken the leather—it releases fiber tension in a controlled way. Combined with dense horsehide and Goodyear welt construction, the shoes gain comfort while maintaining long-term structural integrity.
